The role will involve answering incoming calls, dealing with customer enquires, chasing deliveries, requesting prices, product advertising, processing orders, speaking with couriers, sending customers quotes and even organising samples to send out.
this role will also include cold calling to try and generate new business and develop existing customers. Admin duties to include completing databases, data input and other various admin roles.
A successful candidate will have a good telephone manners, excellent customer service skills and data entry experience. needs to be motivated, hard working, willing to learn, organised and pay attention to detail.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm.

Junior Estimator required to work within the estimating department reporting to the pre-contracts manager. A successful candidate will interpret client’s requirements and produce detailed estimates for temporary electrical and plumbing services.
Key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include preparing estimates in line with cost and profit requirements, to liaise with clients and interpret requirements to produce a design and ensure customer service levels are achieved. Some Operational, Administration and Financial Duties are also required.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is essential. Co-ordination and prioritisation skills are required in this role together with the ability to think clearly when under pressure. An understanding of commercial issues would be beneficial.
